- If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom jewelry item, you can request a refund within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- A return fee will be charged by our courier partner for delivering back the items to our Workshop

4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice, ensuring it is well-protected during transit. Please write your order number on the outside of the package.
- Mail your return package using a traceable carrier to the address provided by our customer support team.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return and initiate the refund.
4. Exceptions to Returns:
- Returns for size-related reasons are not accepted, as size information is provided in the product description.
- Items showing color differences or size issues will not be accepted under this policy.

- Please note that while we take all product photos in-house using daylight and premium lenses, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor or phone screen resolutions and color settings.
